RETAINER & Payments
A Non-Refundable retainer is required to reserve an artist. Retainers are paid electronically. A link is sent directly to you via Text or email offering a smooth and easy way to reserve your event.
Balance due must be paid electronically before the artists begins. Entertainers will not be accepting payments at the event to provide a better experience.
We understand unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required. We will gladly reschedule your event. Rescheduling of any event must be made within 60 days of the initial event date and is not guaranteed because we may already be booked on the reschedule date. We will not refund any event that has paid in full and cancels within 14 days of the scheduled event date.
outdoor event policy
Texas weather can be very unpredictable and HOT. We do require a shaded area for artists if the event is outdoors. If the event is at least 4 hours long the artist will need to take a 15 minute break to re-hydrate or use the facilities. We do also recommend having a backup plan in case of rain.
Gratuity
Our entertainers love what they do and give it their all at every single event. A gratuity is greatly appreciated upon your discretion. It is never demanded. A tip is always a great way to let them know you appreciate their efforts for making your event special.
